Requirements

• Proven experience as a Dental Assistant in a clinical setting with knowledge of general dentistry procedures - 2+ years
• Open Dental experience preferred but not requred
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations, infection control protocols, and aseptic techniques
• Ability to perform X-ray procedures safely following radiation safety standards
• Strong understanding of dental terminology, anatomy knowledge, and medical terminology relevant to dentistry
• Experience with chairside assisting with proven clinical skills making temp crowns, operatory set up, quality impressions and xrays.
• Knowledge of procedures and how to chart treatment planns is a major plus
• Great work ethic with a positive attitude
• Certification in dental assisting or relevant licensure preferred but not required depending on state regulations
• Excellent communication skills to educate patients effectively and collaborate with team members

Offices are open Monday - Saturday, with flexible hours. Candidates must have flexibility in their schedule and be available to work shifts throughout the week.
