About the Role – Sales Support Specialist
As a Sales Support Specialist, you will work from our on-site office to support our sales team and ensure an exceptional experience for every client. You'll engage with clients through phone and video communications, assist with policy processes, and provide the operational support that keeps our sales pipeline running smoothly. There is no cold calling and no in-person appointments. You'll receive full training, hands-on mentorship, and the tools needed to succeed in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

- Year 1: $80K–$100K+
- Years 2–3: $150K–$250K+
- Leadership roles: $200K+

Your Responsibilities
- Support Sales Producers by coordinating and organizing client consultations
- Assist clients via phone and video to gather necessary information and ensure a smooth application process
- Manage applications, renewals, policy updates, and service requests with accuracy and professionalism
- Maintain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service
- Uphold the H.O.P.E. mission in every interaction and support a positive team environment
What You Bring
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- A self-motivated, coachable attitude with a desire to grow
- Comfort working in a 100% commission-driven structure
- Experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles (preferred but not required)
