Information Technology Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a highly available, scalable, and secure SCCM/Intune environment.
• Identify, recommend, and implement enhancements to improve platform performance and security.
• Oversee end-to-end application lifecycle management, including packaging and enterprise-wide deployment.
• Support and execute company-to-company migration activities with a focus on minimizing business disruption.
• Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to Service Desk and site support teams.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex EUC issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Stay up to date with emerging EUC technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
• Ensure a seamless and consistent user experience across all managed platforms.
• Participate in PI planning sessions and Agile ceremonies as part of ongoing delivery cycles.

Required Experience & Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing SCCM and Intune in a large enterprise environment.
• Strong expertise in:
• Collections and Site System role deployments (including DP & PXE)
• Boundary management
• Intune, Co-Management, and modern device management
• Proficiency in Windows Server OS troubleshooting.
• SQL Server troubleshooting, maintenance, and performance tuning.
• Solid understanding of software patch management and client support.
• Experience deploying and managing Autopilot.
• Proven background in application packaging and deployment.
• Experience conducting company-to-company EUC migration assessments and execution.
• Familiarity with Endpoint Security policies, BitLocker administration, and compliance baselines.
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills for SCCM/Intune automation.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Graph API for Intune integrations and automation workflows.
• Experience managing EUC-related changes within complex enterprise environments.
• Vendor management experience, including handling escalations with Microsoft and third-party partners.
• Ability to create clear documentation, SOPs, and governance materials.
