Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
• Manage the waitlist and reservations
• Estimating wait time for guests
• Ensure the dining area is clean and organized
• Assist servers and other staff as needed
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive dining experience

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
• Strong organizational and motivational skills
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not required
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
