Position Overview
As Maintenance Manager, you will lead the maintenance team to ensure the reliability, safety, and efficiency of plant equipment and site facilities. This role focuses on driving continuous improvement through preventive and predictive maintenance programs, optimizing resources, and fostering collaboration across departments. You will oversee maintenance strategies, manage budgets, and ensure timely repairs, all while promoting best practices and compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop, and organize the maintenance team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Implement and continuously improve reliability programs, preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective actions to prevent equipment failures.
  • Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Ensure compliance with mechanical integrity programs and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate emergency repairs and plan plant shutdowns with detailed execution strategies.
  • Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, and Engineering to align maintenance activities with business objectives.
  • Support major capital projects and share best practices across sites.

Required Skills And Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in team development and change management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including root cause analysis.
  • Excellent planning, organizing, and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication and ability to build cross-functional relationships.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Process Engineering.
