Eye Care for Animals is looking for a Client Service Representative/Practice Leader to join us as part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community.

Role Responsibilities:

The Practice Leader is responsible for the general management of the veterinary practice ensuring overall success while meeting benchmarks. In addition to their primary job responsibilities (as a veterinary technician), tasks include reporting, payroll processing, hiring, and employee supervision.

The Client Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for a variety of clerical tasks including greeting clients/patients, appointment scheduling, preparing medical records, answering and directing incoming phone calls, presenting and processing financial options, and processing and balancing financial payments. Strong customer service skills are crucial as the CSR is the initial contact for customers.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Provide general office support for the veterinary practice
• Greeting clients/patients
• Appointment scheduling
• Preparing medical records
• Answering and directing incoming phone calls
• Presenting and processing financial options as well as processing and balancing financial payments

Experience & Skills Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of customer service/client service experience
• Superior/advanced managerial/leadership skills
• Has 2 years of supervisory experience (in a veterinary/medical clinic setting)
• Possesses a positive work attitude
• Self-motivated
• Excellent leadership, communication and organization skills
