Position: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time Location: Remote (Telehealth) Schedule: Flexible availability (weekdays/evenings preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide virtual individual therapy sessions for children, adolescents, and/or adults

• Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Collaborate with psychiatric providers, care coordinators, and support staff

• Participate in case consultations and team meetings as needed

• Follow ethical and professional standards in accordance with state licensing boards and organizational policy

• Utilize EHR system for charting, scheduling, and communication

Qualifications

• Active LCSW license in the state(s) you will serve

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program

• Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience (psychiatric/behavioral health preferred)

• Experience providing telehealth services strongly preferred

• Comfortable treating a range of mental health diagnoses (depression, anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma, etc.)

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and clinical skills

• Reliable computer, internet connection, and private workspace

• Only looking for those with autonomous license or their own collaborator (PMHNP)

Preferred Skills

• Experience with high-risk or complex clinical presentations

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities (CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, trauma-informed care, etc.)

• Proficiency using EHR systems

• Multistate licensure (bonus)
