Associate General Dentist

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Dentist to join our Roseville dental practice . The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality dental care, commitment to patient satisfaction with a strong background in performing a wide range of dental procedures. For this location we are particularly looking for candidates with skill sets that include endodontics (especially molars), as well aligner orthodontics.

As a Dentist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating various dental conditions, performing procedures, and educating patients on oral health. This role requires a strong foundation in various dental disciplines and the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

All offices are Non-Managed Care accepting PPO and FFS patients only. We are currently accepting applications for a part time associate dentist position. Compensation is based on a percentage of production or a daily minimum guaranteed amount, whichever is greater.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations to determine oral health needs.
• Perform a wide range of dental procedures including molar root canal therapy and aligner orthodontics.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient treatments.
• Collaborate with dental assistants to ensure optimal patient care.
• Educate patients on preventive care, treatment options, and the importance of maintaining good oral hygiene.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
• Strong understanding of medical records management and medical documentation practices.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dental office environment.
• Commitment to continuing education and professional development in the field of dentistry.
