Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Store Manager at our Milwaukee, WI location. The Retail Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, lead and develop a team of sales associates, and drive performance to achieve sales targets. The role involves ensuring exceptional customer service, implementing effective retail management strategies, and maintaining compliance with store policies, including loss prevention measures. Additionally, the Retail Store Manager will cultivate a positive team environment to support employee growth and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Customer Satisfaction and delivering outstanding Customer Service
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with team members and customers
• Demonstrated expertise in Store Management and leading a team to achieve sales and performance goals
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices and techniques
• Ability to lead by example and foster a positive team environment
• Organizational and multitasking skills to manage store operations efficiently
• Experience in the wireless or retail industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in business management or related field preferred but not required
