What You Do.

  • Manage the OSDR process. Including but not limited to:
    • Taking calls from drivers
  • Securing BPOL and other relevant materials for processing
  • Coordinating with shipping and transportation on return materials
  • Creating credit memos
  • Maintaining reports for tax accounting on donations
  • Maintain the EMORD transaction in SAP for the order management team
  • Maintain and oversee PO inbox for order management team
  • Manage appointed customer accounts, including entering orders, confirming pricing, and managing responses to customers in a timely manner, representing the sales team when needed.
  • Develop, manage, and execute reports as assigned.
  • Proactively identify workflow-stops in the supply chain. Develop processes to either resolve or create efficiencies throughout the supply chain.
  • Must be able to work in a team environment and independently make decisions under pressure with the ability to exert influence across assigned customers and internal teams.
  • Coordinate and manage logistics and distribution tasks in support of new product launches, limited time offers (LTO's), promotions and/or product tests for assigned customers. Coordinate between customer and internal resources to ensure flawless execution.
  • Access customer portals as required to ensure order entry is consistent with customer requirements.

Your Education and Experience.

  • High School or GED required. Associate's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer service or logistics role that supported entry of purchase orders, price validation, product allocation, inventory management, and resolution of customer issues is required.
  • Strong computer skills are necessary for this position, including word processing, spreadsheets, Microsoft Office, SAP, Internet, E-mail, database applications, and strong technical skills.
