The Role
The Regional Director holds full operational responsibility for the East Bay office. You will lead and oversee a multidisciplinary administrative team responsible for:
- Care Management
- Client Scheduling
- Recruiting & Hiring
- Administrative Support
You are the point person for performance, communication, outcomes, and culture. This position requires confident decision-making, strong follow-through, and the ability to lead through constant change while maintaining high standards of care and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on leadership and daily oversight of East Bay operations
- Inspire, coach, and hold teams accountable for performance, communication, and results
- Ensure staffing, scheduling, and care delivery meet client needs and business objectives
- Exercise independent judgment within organizational guidelines, understanding the direct impact on client care, staff satisfaction, and revenue
- Anticipate problems, respond quickly to changes, and implement solutions without delay
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards for clients, families, and referral partners
- Foster a culture of servant leadership, professionalism, and urgency
- Collaborate closely with the Executive Team to support growth and operational stability
Required Qualifications
- Prior leadership experience in Home Care, Healthcare, Care Management, or Nursing (required)
- College degree in Home Care, Care Management, Nursing, or Geriatric Care OR High school diploma with formal medical/case management training and minimum 3 years experience in a senior care environment or comparable management role
- Proven experience managing teams for efficiency, accountability, and employee satisfaction
- Strong scheduling, operational planning, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and respond professionally under pressure
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Superior customer service and communication skills
- Self-directed, decisive, and comfortable working independently
- Strong relationship-building and people leadership skills
- Demonstrated servant leadership mindset with a strong work ethic
- Solid working knowledge of medical terminology
- Proficient with MS Office and healthcare-related software systems
