Allied Resources is seeking a
Manufacturing Engineer
to help streamline manufacturing processes by applying Lean and data-driven methodologies, supporting equipment and product launches, collaborating cross-functionally, and driving continuous improvements in efficiency, quality, safety, and waste reduction. A day in the life:

• Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
• Assist in the selection, installation, and validation of new manufacturing equipment and automation systems.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all manufacturing processes.

The wish list:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field).
• Proficient in CAD Software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, and process improvement.
