How You'll Work

  • Location: Onsite at th Ave, Cedar Rapids, IA 52404
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00 am to 4:30 pm)
  • Compensation: This pay scale represents a good faith estimate of the hourly wage range the company reasonably expects to pay upon hire for this position: $16.00 to $19.00 per hour. A final offer amount will depend on factors such as prior relevant experience, skills, and location.

About the Role
CRST's Equipment Solutions team ensures a safe, efficient fleet ready to serve our customers across North America. The Administrative Specialist provides essential support to our maintenance operations by managing vendor transactions, ensuring invoice accuracy, and maintaining data integrity across maintenance systems. Your work helps control costs, reduce downtime, and keep our fleet moving.

What You'll Do

  • Invoice Processing: Review and prepare maintenance invoices for accuracy to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Transaction Reconciliation: Reconcile payments and vendor transactions to maintain accurate financial records
  • Vendor Support: Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies and maintain up-to-date profiles
  • System Management: Enter and update maintenance data within internal systems to ensure reliability and consistency
  • Collaboration: Partner with maintenance administrators and other departments to ensure timely processing and smooth operations
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline administrative workflows and enhance data accuracy
  • Accountability: Maintain attention to detail and dependable attendance to support the success of the Equipment Solutions team

Qualifications
Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Relevant data entry and administrative experience in maintenance, logistics, or operations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and enterprise systems
  • Strong accuracy and organizational skills
  • Ability to work onsite in Cedar Rapids, IA

Preferred

  • Familiarity with maintenance or vendor management systems
  • Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
