About the Corporate Associate Attorney Position
As a Corporate Associate attorney at SF, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide array of corporate matters, with an emphasis on mergers & acquisitions, private placements, private equity and venture capital transactions, corporate and partnership formation, and corporate governance. You will be part of a dynamic team of lawyers who pride themselves on creativity and integrity and practicing with compassion and respect.

Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of corporate and commercial agreements.
Manage and support M&A transactions, including due diligence, transaction structuring, and closing processes.
Advise clients on corporate governance, entity formation, and general business matters.
Conduct legal research and provide strategic counsel to clients on regulatory and compliance issues.
Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors across various practice areas.
Work directly with clients to understand their objectives and cultivate strong and lasting relationships.
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
Licensed to practice in the State of Colorado
2–7 years of experience in corporate law, preferably at a law firm or in-house legal department.
Demonstrated experience in M&A, private placements, corporate and partnership formation, and private equity, joint venture, and venture capital transactions.
Excellent drafting, communication, and project management skills.
Detail-oriented, responsive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits
Base Salary of $125,000 to $225,000 depending on experience, plus structured bonus for billable hours in excess of 1,500.
