LPN -Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team. The LPN will provide direct nursing care to residents, support clinical operations, and work collaboratively with RNs, CNAs, and leadership to ensure the highest standards of care.

Now offering a $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for qualified LPNs.

1. Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans and physician orders
2. Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely
3. Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly
4. Document care, treatments, and observations in the medical record
5. Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
6. Supervise and support CNAs in daily care activities
7. Respond to resident needs, concerns, and emergencies
8. Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
9. Promote a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment

1. Active LPN license in the State of Arkansas
2. Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
3. Compassionate, resident-centered mindset
4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment
5. Long-term care experience preferred but not required
6. Flexible availability (including weekends and holidays as needed)
