About the Role
The Project Accounting Analyst – Construction & Development (C&D) Accounting is responsible for overseeing financial and operational processes related to project tracking, cost management, vendor setup, and invoice workflow. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across the construction and development portfolio while partnering closely with accounting, project management, and business operations teams.

• Establish and maintain accurate job and category codes within the accounting system based on project budgets, contracts, and corporate policies.

• Collaborate with construction and development teams to validate project setup, funding sources, and budget allocation.

• Monitor and reconcile job cost activity to ensure accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.

• Coordinate vendor onboarding and verify qualifications to meet internal and regulatory standards.

• Maintain vendor master data, including updates to
