Über
- You plan and coordinate import/export processes in compliance with legal regulations
- You manage e-commerce outbound processes
- You prepare and analyze KPI reports for transportation costs and delivery performance
- You handle complaint management for delayed deliveries and transport damages
- You communicate with freight forwarders, customs authorities, and internal departments
- You select and evaluate freight forwarders, constantly analyzing freight rates and optimizing costs
- You manage returns for international shipments and document sustainability reporting (CO₂, CBAM, EUDR)
- You maintain master data and shipping information in SAPbyDesign and support the operations team across key functions
- You have completed professional training or a degree in logistics/supply chain
- You have 3+ years of experience in import/export and customs clearance
- You are proficient in MS Office and common marketplace portals (e.g., Amazon Seller Central)
- You handle international trade documents confidently
- You are fluent in English and German, with an additional European language being a plus
- You possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and organizational talent
- You can work effectively in a team with a proactive approach and show resilience in a dynamic environment with a solution-oriented mindset
