Job Description: The Utilization Coordinator will report directly to the Director, Acute Care Southwest. The Utilization Coordinator will be accountable for ensuring safe patient care across the continuum by the best utilization of resources both human and bed availability and in accordance with established policies. The Utilization Coordinator will work in a team approach with all the Health Services departments and managers in providing enhanced services to clients.

Education- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
- Nursing diploma is acceptable
- Basic - Leadership skills
- Basic - Communication skills
- Basic - Decision making skills
- Basic - Problem solving skills
- Basic - Organizational skills
- Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
