Who We're Looking For:

We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative Account Executive who's excited to build strong client relationships and help bring great creative work to life. You're someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, loves staying organized, and takes pride in being the go-to person clients and internal teams can rely on. You're equal parts relationship-builder, problem-solver, and project wrangler—comfortable juggling multiple priorities while keeping everything moving forward smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing:

You'll play a key role in the day-to-day management of client accounts, acting as a central point of connection between clients, internal teams, and agency partners. You'll help ensure projects run efficiently, timelines are met, and creative work is delivered at the highest standard. More specifically, you will:

  • Be the Client Connector: Act as the day-to-day point of contact for junior-to-mid-level clients, internal teams, and the IAT, building trusting, professional, and respectful relationships.
  • Own the Details: Manage account administration including timelines, budgets, estimates, P.O.s, BCRs, traffic instructions, copy decks, contact reports, and shared drive organization.
  • Lead the Rhythm: Set agendas and lead weekly IAT status meetings and client ops calls, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders.
  • Guide Creative Approvals: Manage internal and external concept approvals, evaluate creative ideas against the brief, and help sell through evolving ideas and campaigns.
  • Support Strong Briefing: Collaborate with Strategy and Creative teams to develop clear, compelling creative briefs for smaller initiatives based on client input.
  • Prep Polished Presentations: Support client presentations by building decks, proofreading materials, managing logistics, scheduling, and conference reports.
  • Support Production: Assist on large-scale digital, interactive, and traditional productions, while independently managing smaller-scale production initiatives.
  • Solve Problems Early: Flag and problem-solve timing, casting, and budget considerations before they become issues.
  • Know the Business: Become an expert on your client's brand, category, and competition, producing competitive reports and POVs as added value.

What You Bring:
  • Relevant Experience: 1–2 years of marketing-related experience, ideally within a creative or advertising environment.
  • Production Knowledge: A solid understanding of digital and broadcast production fundamentals, with curiosity to explore new and innovative ideas.
  • Project Management Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfort using Microsoft Office and Google Suite tools to stay organized and efficient.

Compensation for this role ranges from $55,000 to $65,000 CAD, depending on experience.
