*Position Overview:*
We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a full-time basis. The LPN/RN will be responsible for providing direct nursing care to residents, administering medications, and collaborating with other members of the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
*Responsibilities:*
* Assess the health needs of residents and develop individualized care plans.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
* Monitor residents' condition and report any changes to the nursing supervisor.
* Provide direct nursing care, including wound care, catheter care, and IV therapy.
* Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, as needed.
* Educate residents and their families about their medical conditions and treatment plans.
* Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations governing nursing home facilities.
*Qualifications:*
* Valid LPN or RN license in the state of [State].
* Previous experience in a long-term care or nursing home setting preferred.
* Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing principles and practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* CPR certification (preferred but not required).
