In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring accurate billing and payroll for the essential services our field staff provide to patients every day.

Job Description
  • Payroll: Verify field employee timekeeping, follow up on missing logs, and ensure all scheduled visits and attendance records are accurate. Process bi‑weekly payroll on time, address employee inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Billing: Support billing reconciliation for government programs and private services, ensuring all services are billed and paid accurately, including required adjustments.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in billing and payroll processes by identifying risks, opportunities, and recommending procedural enhancements.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, audit support, and preparing ad hoc reports as needed.
  • Ensure all scheduled visits have the correct bill codes and pay codes to support accurate invoicing, payroll, and reporting.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Post-secondary accounting courses preferred or equivalent working experience
  • Attention to detail with high degree of accuracy
  • Excellent organization skills and ability to multi-task
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel
  • Adept in using a Customer Relationship Management System (CRM)
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
