Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, identifying root causes.
  • Implement and maintain effective inventory control procedures and systems.
  • Monitor stock levels, manage reorder points, and prevent stockouts or overstock.
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of inventory, including FIFO (First-In, First-Out) where applicable.
  • Track the movement of goods within the warehouse using inventory management software.
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff to maintain organization and cleanliness.
  • Ensure adherence to all **Safety** guidelines and proper **PPE** usage.
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends and recommend improvements for **logistics** efficiency.
  • Perform occasional **lifting** and moving of inventory items.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in inventory control or warehouse management.
  • Proficiency with inventory management software and ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Knowledge of **logistics** principles and warehouse operations.
  • Ability to perform tasks requiring moderate **lifting**.
