Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, identifying root causes.
- Implement and maintain effective inventory control procedures and systems.
- Monitor stock levels, manage reorder points, and prevent stockouts or overstock.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of inventory, including FIFO (First-In, First-Out) where applicable.
- Track the movement of goods within the warehouse using inventory management software.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to maintain organization and cleanliness.
- Ensure adherence to all **Safety** guidelines and proper **PPE** usage.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends and recommend improvements for **logistics** efficiency.
- Perform occasional **lifting** and moving of inventory items.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Proven experience in inventory control or warehouse management.
- Proficiency with inventory management software and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of **logistics** principles and warehouse operations.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring moderate **lifting**.
