Join our growing team as a Material Handler at our Phoenix, Arizona facility. This is a fundamental role within our warehouse operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of all materials. Your responsibilities will include receiving, unpacking, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping goods. You will work closely with other team members to maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure that orders are processed correctly and on time. The ideal candidate is hardworking, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience with material handling equipment and in a logistics setting is beneficial, though not always required as training is provided. We are committed to providing a safe workplace, and all employees must strictly follow established safety procedures. This includes the mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE ) such as safety shoes, gloves, and eye protection where necessary. This position requires the ability to perform frequent tasks involving moderate to heavy Lifting of items up to 50 pounds. Responsibilities:
- Receive, sort, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick items accurately based on order specifications.
- Pack products carefully to prevent damage during transit.
- Stage outgoing shipments for delivery.
- Conduct inventory checks and report any discrepancies.
- Operate pallet jacks and other manual handling equipment.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace.
- Follow all safety guidelines and utilize appropriate PPE .
- Contribute to team goals and efficient warehouse flow.
