This role is vital to our logistics operations, ensuring that we meet customer expectations for speed and accuracy. Responsibilities:
- Accurately select items from warehouse inventory based on order details.
- Pack products carefully into appropriate containers to prevent damage during shipping.
- Verify order contents for accuracy before sealing and labeling packages.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare orders for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Follow all company Safety guidelines and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with receiving and stocking inventory as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve daily productivity goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or a similar warehouse role is an advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret order instructions and product codes.
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Capacity for consistent Lifting and movement throughout the shift.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Commitment to upholding Safety standards in the workplace.
