This role is essential to our logistics network, ensuring that the right products reach our customers on time and in perfect condition. You will be responsible for navigating the warehouse, selecting items based on order tickets, and preparing them for the packing and shipping stages. Responsibilities:
- Locate and retrieve specific items from warehouse shelves according to order sheets or scanning devices.
- Verify the accuracy of picked items against order details.
- Transport picked items to the packing station.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during shifts.
- Perform basic inventory checks and report any stock discrepancies.
- Contribute to team efforts to meet daily order fulfillment targets.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a warehouse environment is preferred.
- Ability to read and understand order slips and product labels.
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform frequent Lifting.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Understanding of basic logistics workflow.
