Responsibilities:
- Unload and receive incoming inventory.
- Inspect goods for quality and accuracy.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated areas.
- Pick orders accurately based on customer requirements.
- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all Safety guidelines and utilize required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is advantageous.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring physical exertion, including frequent Lifting.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively.
- Must possess a strong work ethic and be reliable.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
