We are seeking motivated Order Pickers to join our dynamic team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. In this essential role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently retrieving products from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. Your attention to detail and speed will directly impact customer satisfaction and the overall efficiency of our logistics operations. This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, follow precise instructions, and maintain a high level of accuracy. Safety is paramount, and all team members are required to adhere to strict safety protocols and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This role involves regular physical activity, including walking, bending, and lifting items up to 40 pounds. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders based on pick lists or scanner devices.
- Locate products in designated warehouse areas.
- Verify product information and quantities against order details.
- Package picked items securely for shipment.
- Transport orders to the packing or shipping stations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Assist with restocking and maintaining inventory levels.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily picking targets.
- Participate in training and continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a warehouse environment is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret pick lists and labels accurately.
- Proficiency with RF scanners and warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift items up to 40 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Understanding and adherence to safety procedures and PPE usage.
