We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Warehouse Associate to join our growing team in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This role is crucial to our daily operations, ensuring that goods are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently and accurately. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and managing inventory. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to workplace safety. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus, but not required as comprehensive training will be provided. You'll work closely with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and meet performance targets.
Responsibilities:
- Unload and receive shipments, verifying contents against invoices.
- Store items in designated locations within the warehouse.
- Pick, pack, and assemble orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed (certification provided).
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with reconciliation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including **PPE** requirements.
- Assist with **logistics** and shipping documentation.
- Report any discrepancies or damages immediately.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including **lifting** up to 50 lbs repetitively.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong understanding of **safety** protocols in a warehouse setting.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working at heights and in various temperature conditions.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods.
