We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to join our logistics team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In this critical role, you will manage the outbound flow of products, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in every shipment. Your responsibilities will include preparing shipping documentation, verifying order details against packed goods, and coordinating with carriers for pickup. You will be responsible for labeling packages correctly and ensuring they are ready for transit. A thorough understanding of shipping procedures and logistics is important. Strict adherence to all safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is mandatory to prevent accidents and maintain a secure working environment. This position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience with shipping software and carrier portals is a significant advantage. While primarily an office-based role, some physical activity may be involved, including occasional lifting of boxes up to 30 pounds.
