Join our expanding fulfillment team as a Fulfillment Associate in Houston, Texas! We are a dynamic and fast-paced logistics operation seeking reliable and energetic individuals to ensure the timely and accurate processing of customer orders. As a Fulfillment Associate, your responsibilities will include receiving and processing inventory, accurately picking and packing items, and preparing them for shipment. You will play a critical role in our supply chain, ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient and precise order handling. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a physically demanding environment. Teamwork and collaboration are highly valued, as we work together to meet daily operational targets. We are committed to a safe work environment and expect all team members to strictly adhere to safety regulations and the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items according to order specifications.
- Pack items securely for shipping, ensuring product protection.
- Receive and stock incoming inventory efficiently.
- Label and prepare packages for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and warehouse area.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including the use of PPE.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve fulfillment goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
- Understanding of logistics and supply chain operations.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper PPE usage.
