Join our team as a Distribution Center Associate in Raleigh, North Carolina! We are looking for proactive individuals to support various functions within our large-scale distribution facility. This role is key to the overall success of our **logistics** network, ensuring that products are handled efficiently and accurately from receipt to dispatch. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, contributing to a team that values **Safety**, efficiency, and productivity. This position offers a chance to develop valuable skills in warehouse operations.
Responsibilities:
- Sort, organize, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks and containers.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners.
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory management.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all **Safety** guidelines and procedures, including the use of **PPE**.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as assigned, including **Lifting** and moving products.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the **logistics** flow.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting is preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, bending, and **Lifting** up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse **logistics** and inventory control principles.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Dedicated to maintaining a high standard of **Safety**.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional overtime.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
