Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming merchandise.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, including forklifts (certification required for specific roles) and pallet jacks.
- Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and investigate discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Load and unload freight from trucks.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Properly use and maintain required PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and inventory management.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols and logistics best practices.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
