We are looking for motivated Picker/Packers to join our warehouse operations in Madison, Wisconsin. In this essential role, you will be directly involved in fulfilling customer orders, ensuring that products are accurately selected and prepared for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on order tickets and instructions.
- Pack items securely into boxes or other containers for shipping.
- Verify picked items against order documentation to ensure correctness.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to all procedures.
- Comply with all safety regulations, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Assist with stocking and inventory tasks as required.
- Perform consistent lifting of packages up to 40 pounds.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience in a warehouse or order fulfillment setting is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret order forms.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift throughout the shift.
- Understanding of and adherence to safety standards and PPE requirements.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to work as part of a logistics team.
