We are looking for dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee! In this role, you will be responsible for various warehouse tasks essential to our daily logistics and distribution operations. This includes receiving and storing goods, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments. The ideal candidate is physically fit, reliable, and possesses a strong work ethic with a commitment to Safety. You'll be an integral part of ensuring our warehouse runs smoothly and efficiently, contributing directly to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack orders based on customer requirements and fulfillment schedules.
- Assemble orders and prepare them for shipment, ensuring accuracy and proper packaging.
- Operate manual warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures at all times.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stocktaking.
- Report any damaged goods, safety concerns, or equipment issues to supervision immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Ensure the correct use of required PPE throughout the shift.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Prior warehouse or general labor experience is beneficial but not required. Must be able to perform physical tasks including Lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and teamwork skills. Understanding of basic logistics principles is a plus. A strong commitment to workplace Safety and following instructions is crucial.
