Operate a forklift and contribute to our efficient warehouse operations in Boston, Massachusetts as a Forklift Operator. This role is essential for the safe and timely movement of goods within our facility, playing a key part in our overall Logistics chain. If you are a certified forklift operator with a strong focus on Safety and operational efficiency, we want you on our team. Your responsibilities will include loading and unloading trucks, moving inventory to and from storage areas, and assisting with order fulfillment. Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a forklift to move, pick, and stock materials.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and accurately.
- Transport inventory to and from designated warehouse areas.
- Perform pre-operation inspections of forklift equipment.
- Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy and organization.
- Follow all company safety regulations and procedures.
- Participate in general warehouse duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Valid forklift operator certification.
- Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse environment.
- Strong understanding of forklift safety procedures.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including occasional Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Good hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
- Must wear all required PPE , including safety shoes and vest.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and operational excellence.
- Familiarity with warehouse Logistics is a plus.
