As a Warehouse Worker, you'll be involved in receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping processes. Your responsibilities will include operating warehouse equipment, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring that all orders are processed with speed and precision. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to adapt to various warehouse duties. You will receive comprehensive training on our operational procedures, equipment usage, and essential safety protocols, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Understanding the importance of safety in all aspects of logistics is crucial. We expect our Warehouse Workers to contribute to a positive team dynamic and maintain high performance standards. The role involves regular lifting of items up to 50 lbs, and candidates should be comfortable with such physical demands. Your dedication to safety and efficiency will be key to our success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and designated storage areas accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders with efficiency and care.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels through cycle counts.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Support team members and contribute to overall warehouse goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for the duration of the shift.
- Comfortable with lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of inventory management.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
Shift: First Shift, Monday - Friday
