We are seeking a versatile Warehouse Worker to join our logistics team in Salt Lake City, Utah. This position offers a wide range of responsibilities, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping products. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate flow of goods through our distribution center. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, possess strong organizational skills, and have a solid understanding of warehouse operations. Experience with material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, is a significant advantage. You must be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, meeting productivity goals while maintaining a high standard of quality. Safety is a paramount concern, and strict adherence to all safety protocols, including the mandatory use of PPE, is required. This role involves physical activity, including frequent lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. We are looking for reliable, motivated individuals who are committed to contributing to our success. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock shelves and designated storage areas accurately.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Prepare items for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock checks.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all company safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
- Be able to perform lifting tasks up to 50 lbs.
- Contribute to overall logistics efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned by management.
