*Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedic (Full-Time)*
*Position Overview*
We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused *Full-Time Physical Therapist *to join our *orthopedic-owned outpatient physical therapy practice*. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, high-quality clinical environment alongside *highly experienced clinicians and orthopedic physicians*, while actively contributing to the growth and excellence of a busy private practice.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
* Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
* Perform hands-on manual therapy and therapeutic exercise interventions
* Educate patients and families on condition management, injury prevention, and home exercise programs
* Accurately document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries in a timely manner
* Collaborate closely with orthopedic physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare providers
* Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and quality improvement initiatives
* Support practice growth through clinical excellence, patient engagement, and teamwork
*Qualifications*
* Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
* Active Physical Therapy license in good standing
* Strong interest or experience in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation
* Excellent communication, clinical reasoning, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment
