What We Are Looking For:
Serve as the Corelation Ambassador and the primary liaison with credit union clients. Identify, provide, and deliver the right resources and resolutions needed to anticipate and satisfy the unique needs of our credit union partners. This highly visible position requires continuous pro-active and positive levels of engagement with clients; understanding their needs, establishing trust, and collaborating with them as they grow their membership while leveraging Corelation and/or preferred vendor partners' services and tailoring them to their needs. Internally, build positive partnerships with the executive suite and facilitate support from key players within respective departments. Serve as advocate within Corelation so that successful delivery of strategic objectives and expectations are met.
Requirements
- Attend recurring calls with clients in order to maintain awareness of ongoing support, enhancement, mutual projects and strategic initiatives. Able to buck conventional wisdom when necessary and be able to influence client's perspectives and decision-making to achieve successful end-results.
- Facilitate internal resources to ensure steady progress on projects. Invest in developing and maintaining positive working relationships with key players within the organization. Build positive relationships with team members to craft innovative solutions that truly work for the clients. Build strong relationships with executive decision makers and influencers.
- Communicate frequently and effectively with clients and internal resources on projects both routine and in times of high stress. Foster a culture of open, positive, and frequent communication with clients and internal resources on projects with varying complexities. Able to think on his/her feet, manage emotions, and effectively communicate under pressure.
- Anticipate client needs and identify the need for face to face visits with clients in order to maintain positive and productive relationships with clients while closing any gaps as needed. Develop credibility and trust with clients through constant interaction and demonstration of a strong understanding of client's operational needs and strategic directions.
- Stay passionate learning and understanding Keystone products and services; keeping abreast of any new releases and system enhancements in order to have the ability to educate and update clients on procedural, technological, compliance and regulatory changes affecting their operations, workflow, pricing, technology and service.
- Maintain up-to-date awareness of company activities, industry trends, and relevant government regulations. Actively participate in credit union and industry association events in order to keep abreast and evaluate trends, current competition, developing markets, and needed promotions.
- Must be able to travel and drive on company's behalf as business needs dictate. Must possess a current valid driver's license, proof of insurability, and maintain satisfactory driving record in accordance with Company required standards.

Why You Are A Perfect Fit:
Experience
Five to eight years of similar or related experience.
Education
(1) A college degree (non-technical discipline) or (2) multi-craft skills acquired through extensive on-the-job training or apprenticeship programs or (3) in-depth industry and job specific technical skills acquired through a combination of formal instruction and on-the-job training.
