Contrast Mechanical is an established, employee-owned (ESOP) mechanical contractor with over 30 years of experience serving Southeast Michigan. We specialize in commercial and industrial plumbing / mechanical projects and are known for steady, year-round work, professional jobsites, and strong field leadership.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Install, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial plumbing systems
* Read and interpret drawings, specs, and code requirements
* Work independently or lead small crews as needed
* Coordinate with other trades and project supervision
* Maintain jobsite safety and workmanship standards
* Represent Contrast professionally on every jobsite
What We’re Looking For
* *State of Michigan Journeyman Plumber License (required or near completion)*
* Commercial plumbing experience
* Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and best practices
* Ability to work independently and problem-solve in the field
* Dependable, professional, and takes pride in clean work
* Willingness to mentor apprentices when needed
