We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Journey Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in plumbing and construction, demonstrating proficiency in various plumbing techniques and tools. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems.
*Duties*
* Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings.
* Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to complete plumbing tasks effectively.
* Perform pipe threading and assembly tasks as needed for various plumbing projects.
* Conduct routine maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent issues and ensure optimal performance.
* Collaborate with construction teams on-site to coordinate plumbing installations with other trades.
* Provide field service support for plumbing emergencies or repairs as needed.
* Apply basic math skills for measuring, cutting, and fitting pipes accurately.
*Qualifications*
* Proven experience in construction plumbing with a solid understanding of mechanical knowledge.
* Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus.
* Previous construction site experience is essential for navigating job site protocols effectively.
* Ability to operate commercial vehicles may be required for transporting tools and materials.
* Strong maintenance person experience is beneficial for performing diverse tasks beyond plumbing.
* Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $39.48 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
