Join our advanced logistics facility in San Jose, California, as a Warehouse Associate. This critical role supports the efficient movement and management of goods within our distribution center. You will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including receiving, inspecting, and storing inventory, accurately picking and packing orders, preparing shipments, and maintaining the overall organization and cleanliness of the warehouse. This position requires a strong commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and safety. You will utilize modern warehouse technology and equipment to perform your tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and accurately record incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and speed.
- Stage and prepare outgoing shipments for transit.
- Operate various warehouse machinery and equipment safely (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).
- Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and assist with audits.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Ensure proper use of all required PPE.
We are seeking dependable and motivated individuals with a strong work ethic. The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team is essential. This role involves frequent lifting, standing, walking, and bending. Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is highly desirable. Safety is our utmost priority, and all associates must strictly follow safety procedures, including the correct use of PPE, and demonstrate safe lifting techniques.
