Become an essential part of our e-commerce fulfillment operations in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, as a Fulfillment Associate. This dynamic role is central to ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be involved in various aspects of order processing, including picking, packing, staging, and shipping. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment. You will work with modern warehouse technology and equipment to achieve high levels of productivity and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick items for customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Pack orders using appropriate materials to ensure product safety during transit.
- Stage completed orders for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and RF scanners.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product condition.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines, including the use of PPE.
