Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order details.
- Pack items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage.
- Verify order accuracy and product identification.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and contribute to overall warehouse tidiness.
- Adhere to all safety policies and use required PPE diligently.
- Perform tasks involving regular lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks as needed.
- Contribute to efficient inventory management.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to meet fulfillment targets.
- Assist with shipping and receiving duties as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended durations.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a consistent work ethic.
- Familiarity with scanning technology.
- Willingness to follow all guidelines for safe material handling and lifting.
