We are looking for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to lead our team in Madison, Wisconsin. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct the daily activities of warehouse staff.
- Ensure all **logistics** operations are performed efficiently and on time.

- Manage inventory control, including cycle counts and stock adjustments.
- Oversee the receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
- Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to existing staff.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.
- Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization.
- Manage equipment maintenance and ensure operational readiness.
- Resolve operational issues and conflicts promptly.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare performance reports.
- Facilitate **lifting** and material handling safety training.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
- Excellent knowledge of warehouse procedures and **logistics**.
- Proficiency in WMS software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated understanding of **safety** best practices and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with **lifting** equipment operation and **PPE** requirements.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
