We are seeking a certified and experienced Forklift Operator for our facility in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. As a Forklift Operator, you will be instrumental in managing the movement of materials within our warehouse, ensuring efficiency and Safety in all operations. Your duties will include loading and unloading shipments, transporting goods to and from storage areas, and assisting with inventory management. A strong understanding of forklift operation, warehouse Safety protocols, and logistics is essential. Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts and other powered industrial trucks safely.
- Load and unload materials from delivery vehicles.
- Transport inventory to and from designated warehouse locations.
- Stack and organize materials according to established procedures.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on forklifts.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and record keeping.
- Follow all Safety guidelines, including the use of PPE.
Requirements:
- Valid forklift operator certification and proven experience.
- Experience with manual Lifting and pallet handling is a plus.
- Thorough knowledge of warehouse Safety standards and logistics operations.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to adhering to all Safety regulations.
- Mandatory use of required PPE.
This role requires individuals who are highly responsible and prioritize Safety above all else. Your expertise in operating forklifts will be vital to the success of our logistics operations.
