Become an essential part of our e-commerce fulfillment operation as a Picker/Packer in Huntsville, Alabama. We are looking for meticulous and efficient individuals to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting items from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders and then carefully packaging those items for shipment. Precision and speed are key, as you will play a direct role in ensuring our customers receive their orders correctly and on time. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to upholding our high standards for quality and safety. You will be working with a variety of products, requiring careful handling and accurate processing. Your role is critical in the entire logistics process, from inventory management to final delivery. We emphasize a safe working environment and expect all team members to strictly follow safety guidelines, including the mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from inventory based on order specifications.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Package products securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Contribute to overall team productivity and warehouse goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous picking or packing experience is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capacity for lifting items up to 40 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse logistics and fulfillment processes.
- Commitment to a safe work environment and proper PPE usage.
