Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Warehouse Associate to join our expanding team in Kansas City, Missouri. In this role, you will be involved in a wide range of warehouse activities, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our distribution operations. This is a hands-on position critical to our **logistics** network, where your efforts directly impact order accuracy and delivery timelines. You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals. Prioritizing **Safety** and adhering to established procedures are essential aspects of this job.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, identify, and store incoming merchandise.
  • Pick and pack products for customer orders accurately.
  • Assemble kits or prepare goods for shipment.
  • Load and unload delivery vehicles.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
  • Perform inventory cycle counts and assist with stock management.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space.
  • Ensure all **Safety** regulations are followed, including the proper use of **PPE**.
  • Assist with other general warehouse duties as assigned, including **Lifting** requirements.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not mandatory for motivated individuals.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and **Lifting** up to 50 lbs.
  • Familiarity with warehouse equipment operation and **logistics** principles.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Dedication to **Safety** and adherence to company policies.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime as needed.
  • Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems.
