We are looking for dedicated individuals to perform a variety of manual labor tasks essential to the smooth operation of our distribution center. This role is fundamental to our **logistics** chain, involving the handling of goods, order preparation, and general upkeep of the warehouse. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and organize incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and containers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse aisles, workstations, and common areas.
- Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and stocktaking.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as required.
- Report any damages or discrepancies to supervisors.
- Follow all **Safety** guidelines and procedures, including the correct use of **PPE**.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or manual labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring significant **Lifting** (up to 50 lbs).
- Good physical stamina and endurance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Awareness of **Safety** protocols and commitment to maintaining a secure workspace.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends.
