We are seeking dedicated Order Pickers to join our busy logistics facility in Fort Worth, Texas. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately retrieving products from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from designated locations based on pick lists or scanner data.
- Verify product codes and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
- Package items securely and prepare them for shipment.
- Operate pallet jacks and other hand-held equipment to transport goods.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Assist with inventory checks and stock rotation.
- Wear required PPE, such as safety vests and gloves, at all times.
- Meet or exceed established picking productivity standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in order picking or warehouse operations is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Capability to perform moderate lifting (up to 40 lbs) regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understanding of basic warehouse safety procedures and logistics.
- Must be a team player and able to follow directions.
